Assistant Contracts Manager/Site Manager

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and MD you will have responsibility for the management of specific contracts to include the management of site staff and materials.
Office and/or site based.

The Role:
Ensure all installation projects are carried out on time and completed in accordance with specification and regulations. 
Lead, manage and support teams of Installation operatives and relevant Technicians. 
Oversee the projects thoroughly and keeping tight communication between the installation teams, customers and trades. 
Travel to various locations to ensure full management of various projects

Key skills:

  • Good written English and oral communication.
  • Basic computer skills including word and excel with an understanding of windows.
  • Experience and understanding of working with electronic recording systems such as Bolster.
  • Previous experience in Passive Fire Protection and specifically Passive Fire Protection installation; minimum NVQ level 2. ASFP/IFE Level 2 and/or level 3 ideal.

Working Supervisor

This position is predominantly manual working as a Passive Fire protection installer with responsibility for supervision of a team on site and liaising with Clients’ site teams. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and MD you will have responsibility for the management of specific contracts to include the management of site staff and materials.
Site based.
